My wife works long hours, three days a week. On those days, I cook dinner, so that she won't have to. At least once a week, I like to make something special.
This past Saturday, I made lasagna. FROM SCRATCH (well, except for the pasta). I'd never made it before, so I dug around the Internet, and found this recipe.
My son marvels when I make something like that. He said I was becoming quite the chef. I corrected him: Real chefs create their own recipes.

Mine looked much better than this. I wish I would've taken a picture. BTW, my wife loved it (and so did I, it was quite delicious).
Yes, I DID love it, it was really scrumptious....can't wait to have it again.....and we will as we have some in the freezer mmmmmmmmm :-)
