Thanks, I Needed That

Something kinda funny just happened...

I had a bottle of water in my lunch cooler. I went to pop open the sports cap so that I could take a drink... and the darn thing sprayed me in the face.

The way things have been going for me the last couple of days...

Thanks, God... I needed that.

  1. I know exactly how you're feeling Jim. Any words I share would just echo what everyone else has said. My heart goes out to you because I can relate ssssooo well. I've been getting the crash and burn myself lately, but no matter how much it hurts, you have to remind yourself "guess it wasn't meant to be."

    In the meantime, I might just take a little break from finding "the one" and just try to find someone who can keep me warm, will laugh with me, and keep me company. Who knows...that might actually be how great things start!

  2. Well, that would be great, Cari... but my radar for figuring out who would be willing for such an arrangement is notoriously BAD!!! But still, it's a great idea! (Although I'm resisting the idea of using my web site as a vehicle for finding such a person... maybe I need a separate blog for that!)
